The bustling city life transformed her into a professional, starting as a journalist for a leading daily and eventually co-founding a successful PR firm. However, amid the urban hustle, she missed the fresh, pure ingredients that were an integral part of her upbringing.
The Birth of Himaalayaan Ved
Driven by a desire to share the treasures of the Himalayas with others, Kirti resolved to bring the essence of her homeland to the city. Her understanding of the importance of organic, untouched produce, coupled with her passion for sustainability, led to the founding of Himaalayaan Ved. The brand aims to provide the finest ghee, honey, apples, fruits, teas, and oils from the Himalayas to people everywhere.
Building a Network
Kirti's journey was not a solo trek. She drew on the support of her family, cousins, far-off relatives, and friends who were still deeply rooted in farming in the Himalayan regions. This network, spanning the length and breadth of the mountains, ensures that only the finest and purest produce makes its way to Himaalayaan Ved's shelves.
